This 60 inch bar is a solid cold rolled steel bar that is 36 inches between the inside collars (suggested rack width: 34in or less). The bar is one piece, not a cheap department store bar that bolts together in the middle. Requires collars to hold the weights on, sold separately. 250 lb capacity.
