Standard sized plates with 1" holes to fit all standard bars and dumbbell handles.
This plate has a grey semi-gloss enamel finish that is baked onto the plate to more firmly adhere it to the iron and prevent chipping. The finish is smooth to the touch.
The grip holes make for easier handling, especially if you carry more than one plate at once, to prevent you from dropping them on your toes.
