CAP's cast iron plates are 12-sided to prevent rolling. This is particularly useful in garage gyms where the concrete has a 1 degree slope towards the door, or in any gyms where the floor is not perfectly level.
The 45lb plate measures 15.3" diameter.
All sizes but 2.5lb have grip holes for easier handling to avoid injuries when carrying the plates to and from the rack.
