BAR FEATURES: This 72 inch standard bench press bar is a solid cold rolled steel bar that measures 42 inches between the inside collars. This bar is great looking and comfortable to use in conjunction with our standard plates. 250 lb capacity. Threaded ends for spin-lock collars.

PLATE FEATURES: Cast from only the best ASTM Grade 20 iron. Ground completely around the edge to leave no rough edges. Coated with a durable satin black enamel paint and baked for one hour to assure a finish that is chip, abrasion and corrosion resistant.
