By purchasing Lock-Jaw Barbell Collars and AVUS DESIGN LP products, you accept all of these terms and conditions.

AVUS DESIGN LP products are covered by a Warranty from defects in material and workmanship. This Warranty does not apply if, in the sole judgment of AVUS DESIGN LP, the product fails due to damage from shipment, handling, storage, accident, abuse or misuse, or if it has been used or maintained in a manner not conforming to product's instructions, has been modified in any way, or has defaced or removed parts. This Warranty does not cover normal or remedial maintenance repairs. Repair or disassembly by anyone other than AVUS DESIGN LP or an approved agent voids this Warranty. The maximum liability of AVUS DESIGN LP is the unit product purchase price. Warranty claim is limited to direct product replacement only.

All AVUS DESIGN LP products purchased in the USA are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase. This Warranty covers the original customer of the product. The original customer is entitled to replacement claim of the product (1) time only. The shipping and handling will be paid for by Avus Design.

Within ten (10) days after discovery of the issue, Customer must provide proof of purchase, description of complaint, the product(s) in question, name, address, phone, and email if available. AVUS DESIGN LP or agent will only replace or issue credit after receipt of said item(s).

This Warranty does not apply to unreasonable use or damage. All Warranty claims are subject to return and inspection for credit. Products that have worn out due to excessive use are not covered under the Warranty. Pad and/or part replacement service may be available upon request for some products. Documentation of original purchase date, including customer name and address must be submitted with Warranty claim. This Warranty covers products sold in the United States. Products purchased in other countries are subject to replacement terms by the international distributor or dealer where the sale originated.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: THIS WARRANTY IS YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY. EXCEPT AS SET FORTH HEREIN, WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE PRODUCT AND WE EXCLUDE AND DISCLAIM, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW (INCLUDING THE UNIFORM COMMERCIAL CODE OF THE STATE IN WHICH YOU RESIDE AND ANY SIMILAR CIVIL OR COMMERICAL CODE WITHIN YOUR STATE OF RESIDENCE, AND ANY AMENDMENTS TO ANY OF THE FOREGOING FROM TIME TO TIM), ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SATISFACTORY QUALITY AND/OR CORRESPONDENCE WITH DESCRIPTION.

EXCEPTIONS/LIMITATIONS: In no event shall AVUS DESIGN LP be liable to you or any third party for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind, whether based in contract, tort or any other legal theory. If a court determines that you are entitled to monetary damages in lieu of the remedies provided herein, AVUS DESIGN LP entire liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the product.

This Warranty is non-assignable and non-transferable to any third party and any such attempted assignment or transfer shall be null and void.
