We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the United States of America and the laws of the State of California

 

Pricing Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. We have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment received. If your payment has been received and we cancel the order, we will immediately issue a full refund via the payment method originally used.

The Shipping Policy covers our shipping times, methods and other policies related to getting your orders to you.

Warranties

Guarantees are offered by both Adamant Barbell and by the manufacturers of products that Adamant Barbell sells. These warranties are automatically effective upon the date of shipment. No warranty registration is required.

Adamant Barbell's 30 day guarantee covers all products not otherwise covered by a manufacturer's warranty. All products are guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects affecting the usage of the product, and of most cosmetic defects except as otherwise noted in the product description. Defective products will be replaced at no cost to you. 

Adamant Barbell is an authorized dealer for many manufacturers, and as such the manufacturers' warranties will automatically apply to your products upon purchase, as detailed on each manufacturer's warranty information page on Adamant Barbell's website or on the manufacturer's website. Manufacturer's warranty terms are limited to the time period, restrictions and exclusions described on those pages.

 

Limitation of Liability

Adamant Barbell and its employees are not responsible for damages nor injuries sustained as a result of your use, misuse, installation or transport of any products you purchase or receive from us or our affiliates or partners. All advice we give, whether on the website, email, oral, or by other means, should be taken as a non-professional opinion only. Seek approval and direction from your primary care doctor, physical therapist, or trainer before starting a workout program or using our products. Working out is dangerous when performed in an improper way, without proper supervision, or without proper training. Use our products and advice at your own risk.

 

Order Cancellation

In the event you request cancellation of an order, we will make our best attempt to cancel the order before the shipment has left the origin. Most of our orders are drop-shipped to you from our suppliers directly, and we must go through appropriate channels to attempt to have the order cancelled or have it pulled if it is already packed on the loading dock. In the event we are successful in cancelling the order, we will issue a full refund via your original payment method. If we are unsuccessful at cancelling your order, we will inform you. If you request the shipment to be returned after it has been shipped, we will inform you that it will incur shipping charges, and we reserve the right to assess all costs incurred in shipping and redirecting the shipment in transit back to the origin and subtract these costs from your refund.

We reserve the right to cancel any and all orders and immediately issue a full refund, at our discretion, should we determine that we are unable to provide a satisfactory customer experience or our risk of loss is too high.

 

Intellectual Property

All content, design, and graphics are property of Adamant Barbell unless otherwise noted. Embedded content such as Youtube videos are licensed under Youtube's sharing policy.

If you find unlicensed content that you own the copyright on, submit a request and we will promptly remove it should we find our use to be in inappropriate.
