This shrug bar is designed in a hexagonal form making it easy to step in and out of the bar, ideal for shrugs where you want a neutral grip and a load that is line with your body instead of in front of your body like a straight bar would be. This shrug bar, also known as a hex bar, is bright zinc coated to resist rusting and has a solid sleeve design that does not spin.

A shrug bar makes doing heavy shrugs very simple. Just step into the bar, lift it up, and perform shrugs with your arms at your sides, the way a shrug should be.
The 9.5" long sleeves will fit (4) of our 45lb economy plates on each side, plus collars, for a total weight including the bar of 409 lbs.
